Objective
CEW's investment objective is to provide Unitholders with a diversified equal weighted investment in a portfolio (the CEW Portfolio ) of common shares of the largest Canadian banks and Canadian life insurance companies. Cash distributions on the Units of CEW are expected to be made monthly and will be derived from dividends received by CEW on the CEW Portfolio. Such distributions may also include capital gains and returns of capital.
